About Incredible Kitchens and Baths

Where It All Started

Owner Lucas Wilson was introduced to remodeling at a young age, working alongside his dad in Columbia, Missouri. His father owned a remodeling company — also named Incredible Kitchens and Baths — and from around the age of 10, Lucas spent summers and weekdays on job sites learning the trade firsthand.


That early exposure built a foundation not just in construction, but in understanding what it takes to complete projects the right way.



After his father sold the business, Lucas continued working in hands-on roles — including a laminate countertop shop and other construction-related jobs — continuing to build his skills and experience.

Building Experience the Hard Way

In 2015, Lucas moved to Texas and began building his life and career in a new place.



He worked on a heavy equipment crew, then joined a property management company where he managed an apartment complex and helped oversee the construction of multiple buildings and renovation projects. During this time, he gained experience across a wide range of trades — including cabinetry, glass, and general construction — while learning how projects are managed from both the field and operational side.


Lucas also served his community as a volunteer firefighter before becoming a certified firefighter and EMT in the state of Texas. While working a demanding schedule of 24 hours on and 48 hours off, he began taking on remodeling projects on the side.

Turning a Vision Into a Business

In 2019, Lucas officially launched Incredible Kitchens and Baths in Texas.


At first, it was a side business — but it quickly became clear that this was more than just work. It was a calling.

During COVID, Lucas made the decision to leave firefighting and go all-in on building the business full-time. Since then, Incredible Kitchens and Baths has been serving homeowners throughout Eastland County and the surrounding areas.


Today, the business is truly family-driven. Lucas’s wife, Amy, plays a key role in the company, helping manage the financial side and keeping operations running smoothly.
